Thanks for the input guys. A biker friend here at work says that it dosen't sound like the voltage regulator. He says that the voltage regulator only works with the engine running. Remember this problem started with the engine off. He says that the Stator(alternator) generates voltage then that voltage travels to the regulator to keep the battery from overloading with electricity (frying). He suspects battery is going out or main fuse is loose. We are going to hook up a voltage regulator up to the battery and get a reading at lunch time.
